SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Name: InVesta Services Customer Support SMS
Program Description: This program allows customers to communicate with InVesta Services for customer service inquiries, updates, and support.

 

1. User Consent

If you initiate a text message to us, we will include in our initial reply the following instructions for opting out of future communication: "If you no longer wish to receive SMS support from us regarding your ticket, please reply STOP at any time." If we are initiating a text message to you, we will send the following message and await a "YES" confirmation before sending any further communication: “Thank you for reaching out to InVesta Services. I’d like to text you directly to resolve your ticket faster. By replying YES, you agree to receive SMS support regarding your ticket. Reply STOP to cancel at any time.”

We only send messages in response to your inquiries or as part of an ongoing customer service conversation. We do not send marketing or promotional content.

 

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. We only send messages related to your specific request or service needs.

 

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

 

4. Support and Help

For support regarding our SMS communications, you may call us at 404-949-3850.

 

5. Opt-Out (How to Stop)

You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time. To opt out, simply reply to any of our messages with the word "STOP", "QUIT", or a clear request such as "Please stop texting me."

Because we do not use an automated system, a team member will manually process your request and remove your number from our active SMS records. Once processed, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you initiate a new conversation in the future.

 

6. Privacy

Your mobile information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
